Unlike traditional gins that brew their botanicals directly in alcohol, Bombay Sapphire Gin uses a unique Vapour Infusion method. During this process, botanicals are suspended above the spirit in perforated copper baskets where the essence of the botanicals are gently released into the vapour. In this way, their purity and freshness are preserved.
