Tequila Volcan De Mi Tierra Cristalino is a perfect symphony of tradition and craftsmanship that embodies a strong personality and sophistication. This unique tequila is the result of a careful selection and blending of Reposado and Anejo tequilas, creating a rich palette of flavors ranging from caramel to tobacco to dark chocolate, complemented by deep notes from oak barrels.
Production:
Tequila Volcan is made from 100% blue agave grown at the foot of the Tequila volcano in Jalisco, where agave from the highlands and lowlands blend, giving this tequila its distinctive profile.
Tasting Profile:
Appearance: Clear and bright with subtle reflections typical of aged tequila.
Aroma: A complex aroma with hints of oak, complemented by deep notes of aged Anejo tequila.
Taste: Robust, with rich notes of caramel, tobacco, and dark chocolate, finishing with a silky and long-lasting aftertaste.
Serving Suggestions:
Tequila Volcan De Mi Tierra Cristalino is best enjoyed neat or chilled with ice to fully reveal its complex flavor nuances. This serving method highlights its smoothness and richness, which are ideal for special occasions or as a sophisticated digestif.
About the Volcan de Mi Tierra brand:
Volcan de Mi Tierra is a premium Mexican tequila brand founded in May 2017 as a joint project between the Mexican Gallardo family and the LVMH group. Its goal was to create a modern tequila that preserves traditional Mexican craftsmanship while offering a complex, refined style.
The brand name refers to the Tequila volcano in Jalisco. Its ancient eruption created soil rich in iron and basalt, which provides ideal conditions for growing blue agave. The brand works with the character of individual regions in Jalisco and, in selected tequilas, combines agave from both the lowlands and the highlands.
The brand is based at the historic Hacienda La Gavilana, which has belonged to the Gallardo family since the 18th century. Today, Volcan de Mi Tierra combines Mexican heritage, traditional production, and a modern approach to aging and the resulting flavor profile.
