Cognac A. de Fussigny Selection is a blend of five eaux-de-vie from each region - Grand Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois and Bois Ordinaires. This cognac is distilled from wine that cannot be distilled from lees. The reason is the richer taste. It is blended from several cognacs with an average age of 8 years. Enjoy it alone, with an ice cube, as a long drink or in a cocktail.
Nose: light floral notes towards yellow flowers (jasmine, honeysuckle, ...) followed by dark tea and hints of citrus (orange peel), spices and soft vanilla.
Palate: an elegant and well-balanced structure that reveals subtle aromas of white pepper, nutmeg, and then fresh notes of citrus.
The finish is round and soft with a subtle vanilla note.
