Teremana Tequila Añejo embodies patience, honest craftsmanship, and a deep respect for nature. It is produced in a small town nestled in the mountains of the Jalisco Highlands, where traditional techniques are combined with a modern approach to sustainability. Every drop of this ultra-premium tequila bears the imprint of the landscape from which it comes.
Production:
The Weber Azul agave used is slowly cooked for three days in brick ovens to develop its natural flavor. It is then ground and the juice is fermented before being distilled twice in copper stills handmade by local craftsmen. The result is a tequila of exceptional purity and character.
Unlike the Blanco and Reposado variants, Añejo is aged for a longer period in American whiskey barrels. This gives it distinctive notes of warm oak, vanilla, and slightly caramelized agave. Its complex flavor profile with a delicately sweet finish will appeal to connoisseurs and lovers of fine spirits alike.
Teremana Tequila Añejo emphasizes a respectful approach to nature. Agave fiber residues are used as organic fertilizer in the fields, and a modern filtration system minimizes the environmental impact of production. Añejo not only tastes great, but also honors its native environment.
About Teremana:
Teremana was not created as just another tequila brand. It was born from the belief that a quality spirit can be more than just a drink – it can be a bridge between people, a catalyst for conversation, laughter, and deep, unforgettable moments. At Teremana, they believe that great tequila should bring people together – and that's exactly what every bottle does.
The name Teremana means "spirit of the land." And it is respect for the land, people, and tradition that is at the heart of everything we do. They grow agave with care and respect for nature. In the distillery, they use traditional craftsmanship – the copper stills were handmade by a local craftsman to preserve the pure and smooth taste of ultra-premium tequila.
At Teremana, we strive to live in harmony with the landscape we love. All agave waste is converted into natural compost, which is returned to the fields as organic fertilizer. We also use a modern water filtration system to minimize our environmental impact. For us, sustainability is not a trend, but a responsibility.
