Etsu contains extracts from a wide range of Asian and Japanese botanicals (e.g., Japanese pepper or Japanese tea leaves). It has a predominantly floral aroma with a distinctive citrus note of Asian yuzu citrus. This gin is distilled on the island of Hokkaido and bottled at 43%. The name Etsu means "pleasure" in Japanese.
