Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is an exceptional Japanese gin that combines traditional craftsmanship with unusual ingredients. It is produced at the Asahikawa distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido, and its uniqueness lies in the use of water drawn from the depths of the Pacific Ocean. It is this water, together with a long 22-hour maceration of botanicals, that gives the gin its distinctive character, subtle iodine notes, and fresh mineral profile. Characteristics:

Etsu means "pleasure" in Japanese, and this gin lives up to its name.
