Don Papa Alon is a premium rum-based spirit distilled from sugar cane on the Philippine island of Negros. It has a fresh tropical profile inspired by the traditional Filipino dish Ginataang Langka – a combination of jackfruit, roasted coconut, and mild chili.
Unlike the classic Don Papa edition, Alon is significantly lighter, less sweet, and more complex in aroma. Due to its higher sugar content than permitted by European rum legislation, the product is classified as a rum-based spirit.
