London Hill Gin captivates you by its own citrus tones, which come from the ribbons of citrus peel, including lemon and sweet orange. The combination together with other thoroughly selected plants gives the base its own spicy fruit flavor. Botanicals, which include juniper berries, citrus peels and coriander seeds, are firstly macerated by neutral grain alcohol to get the particular flavors and qualities. Gin is made by the traditional distillation method in one of the most significant English distilleries for production of gin – in the Langley Distillery, whose roots we can track back to 1785. During the production of London Hill Gin no artificial flavors, oils or essences are used. All ingredients are natural and come from four corners of the world. This is the way the extraordinary fine and refined gin is made.
