La Vie Est Belle is a women's fragrance from Lancome. The concept of this fragrance focuses on the idea of natural and simple beauty, freedom from convention and choosing your own vision of happiness. The fragrance is a kind of view on life, inspired by the joy and pleasure of the little things.
The fragrance was created by perfumers Olivier Polge, Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo. The final version is the result of three years of testing and 5,000 versions. The key ingredient of the perfume is iris, which is surrounded by orange blossom and jasmine at the heart. The opening of the composition provides fruity aromas of blackcurrant and pear, while the base is warm, gourmand and powdery thanks to almond accords of tonka bean, praline, patchouli and vanilla.
