TŌSH Gin is a Moravian dry gin produced in small batches at the TŌSH craft distillery in Těšetice, near Olomouc. It offers a complex, distinctive, yet delicately balanced character that blends classic juniper and citrus with unusual regional ingredients such as Czech poppy seeds, Moravian sweet-fruited rowan, and rose hips.

The gin is distilled using the single shot method in a historic pot still. It is based on ultra-fine alcohol from Kojetín in the Haná region, juniper, citrus zest, cubeb pepper, Czech poppy seeds, Moravian sweet-fruited rowan, rose hips, and other herbs and spices.

Tasting Profile:

Aroma: Distinctly juniper and citrus, complemented by aromatic herbs and spices.

Flavor: Complex, strong, yet delicately balanced, with juniper, citrus, and spicy notes.

Finish: Long, with notes of Czech poppy seeds, Moravian sweet-fruited rowan, and rosehip.

The aroma and taste are dominated by rich citrus and juniper notes. In the long finish, Czech poppy seeds, rowan, and rosehip come through more prominently, giving the gin its distinctive Moravian character.

Recommended Serving Suggestions:

You can enjoy TŌSH Gin neat, in a classic Gin & Tonic, or, for example, in a Gimlet cocktail, where its citrusy and herbal character is nicely complemented by fresh lime juice.

In May 2022, it was named Gin of the Month by the British Craft Gin Club.
