Bottega Limoncino A.Grappa is a traditional Italian lemon liqueur of the limoncello type, whose roots date back to the late 19th century. It stands out for its authentic production, careful selection of ingredients, and unique combination of lemon maceration with high-quality grappa, which gives it depth and character.
Basic information:
Production and ingredients:
Bottega Limoncino A.Grappa is made from Femminello lemons, typical of Italy thanks to their thin skin and high content of essential oils. The lemons are grown naturally, harvested by hand when fully ripe, washed and peeled so that only the yellow part of the peel is used – without the bitter white pith.
The lemon peel is macerated in alcohol for about 30 days to extract the aromatic and coloring substances. After filtration, sugar and high-quality grappa are added, making this liqueur unmistakable.
