An impressive combination of rum that aged up to 30 years confers its intense cherry to maroon colour. The scent is pleasantly light with high quality balsamic tones reminiscent of noble perfume. The palette of aromatic essences fi nishes o the roses and dried hibiscus scent. Mellow, full-bodied fl avour is balanced with sweet cane caramel and subtle notes of vanilla and fl owers. This rum is by its nature completely unique and is the culmination of the Quorhum series. Nancy Garcia de Blanck is the creator of this subtle series of Quorhum. She is the “nose” of the Oliver & Oliver company and the wife of the founder and owner: Pedro Ramón López Oliver.
