The combination of up to 15 years old rums aged in bourbon casks and for the last few years kept in heavy charred sherry casks. It has an amber to mahogany color, offering a more pronounced sweet fruity aroma of cane caramel and chocolate. The full-bodied sweet taste of caramel gently merge into vanilla and fruits such as pickled plums, pineapple and orange peel. All is completed by spicy notes of roasted coffee. An Elegant rum of sweeter type, which was created in honor of Cuban revolutionary José Martí.
