Rum that matured for 3 years in selected bourbon casks. It gets its clear color with a light oak tinge by subsequent filtration through charcoal. On the nose, there are noticeable traces of fresh and candied fruit with hints of butterscotch, nutmeg and a soft oak finish. The taste is bold with a spicy finish. Overall, this is an excellent white rum suitable for sipping with ice or making traditional cocktails. The Distiller's Proof variant is bottled at 46% strength
