The distillate is made directly from sugar cane juice, through continuous distillation, then it is supplemented with botanicals, especially juniper, citrus and passion fruit of the chinola variety. The result is CERO2 Chinola, to which passion fruit adds sweetness and fruity notes. Not only the production of gin, but also its transport from the Dominican Republic is sustainable. Gin is transported to Europe by sea in a ship powered only by the wind. To reduce the carbon footprint, gin is bottled only in Europe, in bottles made from recycled glass.
Caribbean gin with a strong aroma and taste of juniper and passion fruit (chinola variety), with subtle citrus notes in the background. Gin CERO2 Chinola represents a sweeter and fruitier variant of gin.
