A rich blend of premium rums (a unique blend of sugar cane) aged over 10 years in bourbon casks fired on "heavy char", twice toasted casks - this makes it very different from other premium rums that mature in classically fired casks. The rum is filtered through silver and onyx stones, which give Imperial Onyx the mystical flavor and color that characterizes this unique rum. Barceló Imperial Onyx has an amber mahogany color with a strong structured body. Taste profile: toasty aroma with a subtle touch of cherry, coffee and dried fruit, deep notes of wood and vanilla that create an intense feeling, ending with a long and lasting taste in the mouth.
