PRESTIGIOUS ROSE WITH LAYERS OF BRIGHT RED FRUIT
Armand de Brignac is a bright and lively cuvée with complex layers. The final blend of this wine is completed by 12 to 15% still red wine and the Pinot Noir grapes used come from old vineyards that produce aromatically intense grapes. Textural depth and subtle fruit notes make this champagne an ideal accompaniment from early to late night.
Blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay.
Dosage: 8.5 g/l
Tasting: The aroma develops notes of strawberries and cherries, to which are added notes of forest fruits (blackberries) and flashes of flowers and almonds. Thanks to the predominance of red grapes, the taste is structured, mixing black fruits, cherries and a hint of pastry. A touch of Chardonnay adds more lightness and elegance.
