Jameson Caskmates was born from the collaboration between Jameson and a local Brewery near Cork. Our Jameson triple distilled whiskey is aged in craft IPA-seasoned oak barrels and while our signature smoothness is very much intact, notes of hops, citrus and floral confirm the IPA influence. IPA Edition is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey.
Taste: Nose: Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness.Taste: Hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones.The lingering fresh fruit and hops give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish.
