This rum was bottled in October 2021 in a mere 1,184 bottles.
On the nose, the rum is fresh, with fruity notes of apples, pears and quince, and aromas of coconut and orchard fruit. The taste shows the same fruity notes enriched with caramelised apples, brown sugar and vanilla. The finish is long, smooth and slightly bitter.
