A rum from Indonesia that will surprise you with a perfect balance between aroma and taste. It is made from molasses, by slow fermentation, to which red malt yeast is gradually added. Rum distillation takes place in the northern part of the island of Java according to authentic Asian techniques.
The resulting rum is a mixture of two distillations - traditional still and column still. The rum is then aged in teak barrels, and later in bourbon oak barrels. The result is a unique rum appreciated by connoisseurs and rum lovers.
Aroma: nutmeg, clove and cocoa with notes of warm sugar, mango and banana, along with aromas of herbs and dry sugar cane leaves.
Taste: smooth and seductive, complex and harmonious at the same time with strong spicy notes.
