All three rums are made using the traditional method from molasses and the spirits are blended from several excellent Mauritian spirits. Maturation takes place on the island of Mauritius, where a long tradition of sugar cane cultivation and rum production dates back to the 17th century. The production process involves hand-selecting and blending different rums to achieve the unique profile of each variant.
