Production:

Production emphasizes classic Mexican craftsmanship. The agave is steam-cooked in brick ovens for more than 40 hours, then ground using a molino de piedra, and the yeast comes directly from the agave. The tequila is distilled twice, giving it the clean, smooth, and authentic character typical of blanco tequilas.
