Hill's Absinth Premium is a distinctive Czech absinthe produced according to the original Hill's recipe from the 1930s. It is based on the traditional herbal blend known as the “holy trinity of absinthe”—wormwood, anise, and fennel.
Before bottling, a wormwood plant is added to each bottle, serving not only as a decorative element but also contributing to the drink’s intense herbal character. The result is a strong absinthe with pronounced bitterness, a fresh herbal profile, and subtle citrus notes.
Tasting Profile:
Aroma: Intensely herbal, with dominant notes of wormwood, anise, and fennel.
Taste: Distinctly bitter, herbal, and fresh, with notes of wormwood, anise, fennel, and a light citrus undertone.
