Absinth Euphoria Black 0,5l 70%

Euphoria Absinth Black is an exceptionally strong absinthe with an alcohol content of 70% vol., a distinctive dark color, and a spicy, herbal character. Compared to more anise-forward absinthes, it features a lower proportion of anise and a more intense expression of wormwood and mountain herbs.

Two types of wormwood are used in production—common wormwood and Pontic wormwood—supplemented by other mountain herbs. Additionally, a wormwood plant is placed in each bottle before bottling, serving as a striking decorative element while also contributing to the drink’s herbal character.

Tasting Profile:

Color: Very dark to black.

Aroma: Intense herbal and spicy, with a pronounced wormwood character and a less dominant anise note.

Flavor: Strong, distinctly herbal and spicy, with a wormwood character and a complex blend of mountain herbs.

Conclusion: Long, intense, and warming, with a lingering herbal bitterness.

Euphoria Absinth Black is intended for lovers of bold and very strong herbal spirits. The combination of high alcohol content, wormwood, and a dark appearance gives it an unmistakable character.

Recommended Serving:

Given its strength of 70% ABV, it is best to serve this absinthe traditionally diluted with cold water, or use a small amount in cocktails. When handling, be mindful of the high alcohol content and do not serve absinthe near an open flame.
