Garage 22 produces a wide range of world-class gins, from traditional London Dry Gin to seasonal specialties that push the boundaries of conventional flavors. They use only the freshest ingredients and high-quality botanicals, including juniper, citrus fruits, and coriander, as well as exotic ingredients such as cubeb pepper, galangal, and habanero peppers.

At the heart of the distillery is a still from Arnold Holstein, a manufacturer with over 50 years of tradition. This modern piece of distillation technology allows Garage 22 to produce clean and intensely aromatic spirits.

Ondřej, the head distiller, focuses on discovering new flavors and combinations; he enjoys fermentation and developing unique flavors and aromas. Martin is responsible for customer relations and the business side of the distillery, which includes maintaining relationships and brand development.
