Very aromatic aroma and typical apricot taste. That's our favourite apricot in a nutshell!
We harvest beautiful apricots of the Velkopavlovická variety for the Svach Distillery in South Moravia. Every day a certain amount, always depending on the weather. This is the only way to achieve maximum ripening of the fruit and thus optimal sugar content. The apricots are hand sorted, de-stemmed and then fermented in stainless steel containers, which we cool so that the fermentation temperature does not reach more than 20 degrees. The subsequent distillation is very slow. This produces a very aromatic, flavourful but smooth spirit which is one of the most popular. Our Apricot Svach simply has to be taken gently and patiently.
