Production:

The distillate is based on Velkopavlovická Apricot, a traditional variety known for its distinctive aroma, sweetness, and freshness. Its character reflects the summer sun of South Moravia and the richness of ripe fruit. The apricot brandy is then aged in barrels from a Czech cooperage made of winter oak, in which brandy had previously rested. It is precisely this type of aging that gives the distillate softer, rounder, and more refined tones, which complement the apricot profile very well.
