Svachovka Plum Gold is an aged plum brandy from a new edition by cellar master Lukáš Andrlík. In addition to his work with whiskey, he also focuses on spirits and their aging in the cellar, where fruit brandies acquire a smoother, deeper, and more complex character.

Production:

The base of this slivovice is the "Prunus domestica" variety from our own orchards in Lhenice. The distillate is then aged in two types of barrels and carefully blended. This gives it a golden color, a smoother profile, and a honey-sweet taste that complements its typical plum character.
