Sudlička Apricot Liqueur in a gift bottle is made from ripe Velkopavlovice apricots, which are known for their natural sweetness and distinctive aroma. The basis is a genuine macerate – apricots are steeped in alcohol and gradually impart their flavor, aroma, and color to the drink. No flavorings or essences are used; everything comes exclusively from real fruit, as evidenced by the slight natural cloudiness.

The liqueur offers a rich apricot aroma and a harmonious, full flavor with a pleasant fruity character. Thanks to its 37.5% alcohol content, it retains its distinctiveness, yet remains smoother than classic apricot brandy, allowing the essence of the fruit itself to shine through.

Sudlička Apricot Liqueur is ideal as a digestif after a good meal, and is also suitable for special occasions or as an original gift. In 2023, it won the MLS Pardubice Region award, confirming the quality of the ingredients used and the precision of the production process.

Sudlička Distillery:

Sudlička brandy and its history date back to ancient times, when an old farmstead, which once served as a yeoman's fortress, protected the busy trade route to Potštejn Castle from robbers. Matěj Sudlička breathed new life into this place by starting the first fruit distillation. This step marked the beginning of a long tradition that has continued to develop over the years.

Historical milestones:

1918: The Čižmář family buys the estate and continues the farming tradition of the place.

1998: The current owner, Igor Čižmář, revives fruit distillation, reigniting the flames of traditional production in Sudličkova Lhota.

2006: Purchase of a distillery in Hrobice, where Igor Čižmář revives and modernizes the production of fruit distillates and liqueurs, continuing a 120-year history and tradition.
