Product description

Bruno Pilzer GINPILZ London Dry Gin is an Italian gin from the Dolomites region that combines a classic juniper base with the aromatic notes of 15 botanicals. It is produced as a London Dry Gin distilled exclusively in a bain-marie still, a gentle method that helps preserve the delicacy, purity, and complexity of the herbs and spices used.

The label, featuring a curling motif, references the combination of skill, patience, and precision—qualities that are also reflected in the production of this gin.

The aroma is based on juniper, to which the diverse aromas of mountain flora are gradually added. Botanicals sourced from nearly the entire Dolomite region give the gin an airy, herbal, and slightly balsamic character. After distillation, GinPilz matures for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Tasting Profile:

Aroma: Diverse and balanced, initially with pronounced notes of juniper, followed by the aromatic complexity of 15 botanical ingredients and the scent of mountain flora.

Taste: Balsamic, interesting, and long-lasting. The dry, herbal profile is complemented by hints of cedar wood.

Finish: Long, dry, herbal, and subtly woody.

Bruno Pilzer GINPILZ London Dry Gin is a smooth, dry, yet sharp and long-lasting gin. It is perfect for a premium gin & tonic or for slow sipping in a larger glass with ice.

Ingredients: A blend of herbs and spices, ultra-fine alcohol, and water.

About the Pilzer Distillery:

Pilzer is an Italian family-owned distillery from Trentino, one of the most respected producers of grappa, fruit distillates, and other fine spirits. It was founded in 1957 in Faver, an ancient village in the heart of the Cembra Valley, a region known for its winemaking tradition, mountainous character, and high-quality ingredients.

The distillery’s current form is the work of brothers Bruno and Ivan Pilzer, who carry on the family craft and develop it with an emphasis on quality, purity, and precise craftsmanship. Pilzer specializes primarily in grappa—a traditional Italian spirit made from grape pomace—but also offers fruit distillates, liqueurs, and other specialties.
