Traditional slivovitz from the border of Wallachia and Slovácko.
The fruit from the orchard located near the distillery is used in the production of this brandy. We follow a traditional process that has been in our family for several decades. Distillation takes place on a three-stage column, under which the traditional wood is heated.
The whole process takes place under one roof and exclusively within the family circle.
The plum brandy is served and consumed mainly at the end of the menu, so that the brandy tastes exactly as it should. It is a good idea to serve it slightly chilled. The recommended consumption temperature is 12-18 degrees Celsius.
This vintage made us very happy and managed to win the title of the second best plum brandy in the Czech Republic for 2022.
