Traditional slivovitz from the border of Wallachia and Slovácko.
The fruit from our orchard, which is located near our distillery, is used in the production of this brandy. In processing it, we follow the traditional process that has been in our family for several decades. Distillation takes place on a three-stage column, under which the traditional wood is heated.
The whole process takes place under one roof and exclusively within the family circle.
The plum brandy is served and consumed mainly at the end of the menu, so that the brandy tastes exactly as it should. It should be served slightly chilled. The recommended consumption temperature is 12-18 degrees Celsius.
