The Kill Devil Rum Collection carefully selects the casks for its Single Cask bottlings and this rum, sourced from the stocks of the now closed Guyana distillery Enmore, is no different. The rum was distilled and casked in 1992 and bottled by Hunter Laing in Scotland after a long 24 years. The rum, which carries aromas of vanilla, cut grass and flowers, has a lovely spicy and earthy flavour. The finish is spicy and floral. Only 338 bottles of the rum were bottled.
