Zubří Gin from bottle no. 2 Hafera is an exceptional blueberry gin, which won a gold medal in the Czech National Spirits Competition in the Czech Gin of the Year category in 2022. Distilled at the foot of Radhošť, it captures the essence of Wallachian nature, where juniper bushes, blueberry bushes, and mountain meadows come together in July.

Characteristics:

The base is a classic juniper distillate, to which macerated blueberries from the Wallachian hills – hafera – are added, along with coriander, angelica, iris root, and other herbs.
