After 14 years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, it is transferred to very rare first-fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) casks, where it matures for another 16 years.

Color: Dark rich gold – deep, elegant, with amber highlights.

Aroma: Intense and complex – raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwine with notes of molasses caramel, cloves and delicate spices. Each sniff is an invitation to further discovery.

Taste: Exceptionally velvety and smooth. The first wave is dominated by the sweetness of dates, figs and raisins, followed by praline, orange peel and hints of vanilla and fresh pastries. An incredibly balanced flavor profile that evolves with every sip.
