R.Jelínek Raspberry brandy is the first brandy of this kind, which was stored for maturation in a selected GOLDCOCK whisky barrel in Vizovice. This special edition combines the unmistakable delicate character of raspberries with the elegant wood notes and tannins from the whisky cask, which enriches its aroma and flavour.
This unique spirit was created by the pot still distillation of raspberry macerate, where the raspberries were macerated in alcohol for a precise period of time to preserve their pure essence and flavour. This makes the brandy true to the original fruit from which it was made. Each bottle of this limited edition is hand-numbered, adding to its collectible value - only 420 pint bottles were produced.
Raspberries dominate the aroma and flavour of this spirit, whose freshness is perfectly complemented by complex tannins and subtle nuances of wood. The finish is uniquely sweet but with a pleasantly dry aftertaste.
