GALLI Plum Spirit is a traditional plum spirit that is a symbol of purity and quality. Made from selected plum varieties Top Taste and Čačanská Lepotice, this plum brandy has undergone a careful fermentation process without pips, which ensures its unique, distinctive plum flavour and aroma.

GALLI Plum Spirit 50% is produced without the use of artificial colours, flavours and flavourings, thus remaining true to nature and retaining its authentic character. We recommend that it is stored and consumed at a temperature of around 18 °C to maximise the development of its aroma and flavour. At lower temperatures, slight cloudiness may occur, which is a natural phenomenon caused by the precipitation of aromatic oils and serves as proof of the highest quality.
