Plums from our own and nearby orchards are used to produce this slivovitz, which is hand-sorted to achieve the best possible quality of taste and aroma.
The flavour and aroma of the plum vodka is unmistakably plummy, with subtle almond notes, which are characteristic of the traditional burning with stone, typical of Moravian plum vodka. It is exceptionally smooth, aromatic and brings a feeling of warmth and well-being.

The distillates are the result of a careful selection of the best Moravian fruit from their own orchards and local growers, without the use of purchased alcohol or flavourings. With an arbitrary emphasis on quality over quantity, the process involves precise yeast processing, proper timing and slow 3-stage distillation, all backed by modern technology and a personal touch.
