ROVINY Pear Brandy is an exceptional fruit spirit from the first ROVINY release, combining rich tradition and modern aging techniques. This pear brandy was distilled in November 2018 and then aged for six months in a stainless steel tank, ensuring smoothness and balance of flavours.

ROVINY Pear Brandy has a distinctive spicy pear aroma, which is carefully preserved thanks to precise distillation. Every step of the process is carefully controlled to ensure maximum preservation of the aromas, contributing to an unforgettable taste experience.

For an ideal taste experience, we recommend serving ROVINY Pear Brandy at a temperature of 16 to 20°C. At this temperature, the aromatic substances are fully expressed and offer the best tasting experience. Temperatures below 8°C can cause the aromatic oils to cloud and precipitate, affecting quality and taste.
