The most exclusive rum from Mauritius is partly made from rare blue sugar cane, its taste and aroma is delicious and grassy with hints of herbs, apples, cinnamon and brown sugar.
The glass bottle is in the shape of the DODO bird which lived in Mauritius until the 18th century when it was extinct.
Each bottle is handmade and a portion of the sale of each bottle is donated to support the sanctuary where strictly protected birds such as the Great Crested Grebe live.
