The classic pure London dry botanical gin has been used for this variant with dried strawberries and Kampot pepper extract. A nicely balanced flavour of pepper and herbs. The palate is full bodied and fresh with a subtle peppery spiciness. Distilled from grain mash, similar to Trebic whisky. Perfect on its own with an ice cube, but also in mixed drinks with a good tonic or on its own.
