The Albert Michler distillery has launched Old Bert - Summer Spiced Rum in honour of Albert Michler, who gave it its name. Albert Michler's nickname was "Alter Bert", which has now been chosen as the name for the fine, traditional but also individual spiced rum. The summer edition now joins the very successful Old Bert series. The new Old Bert Rum is made from 100% Jamaican pot still rum and a natural summer spice macerate made from lime, clove, cardamom, ginger, grapefruit and guava.
The Old Bert - Summer Spiced Rum e full of intense and typical rum aromas with fruity and summer freshness. The sweetness wraps everything up wonderfully and ensures a harmoniously balanced taste experience.
It is best to drink Old Bert neat, on the rocks or with a splash of soda water
