Innovative production process:

• Fermentation of agave juice and roots: Porfidio Reposado is distinguished by an unusual step in the fermentation process, where the roots of the plant are fermented alongside the agave juice. This process ensures a richer and more complex flavour profile.
• Aged in white oak barrels: The distillate is aged for eight months in carefully selected 80 year old white oak barrels, in which the Dolce X agave liqueur wine was previously aged. This ageing contributes to an exceptional combination of earthy, dry flavours with a hint of elegant sweetness.
