Martenz raspberries Red Silver is a unique Moravian fruit brandy from the autumn harvest of 2023. This edition is made from 5 kg of fully ripened red raspberries per bottle, harvested at the ideal ripeness, which guarantees maximum purity and intensity of flavour. The production of this brandy includes a crystal clear cap made of glass, inspired by small pieces of ice, which also protects the contents of the bottle from external influences while ensuring the stability of the aroma.

Characteristics:

This special edition of RED Martenz & Aqua combines the delicate taste of raspberries with the purest water from the melting glaciers of North Bohemia, which is approximately 15,000 years old. This symbiosis brings unique nuances of flavour and aroma in each vintage, influenced by natural conditions and weather.

Aroma:

Immediately upon opening the bottle, a rich aroma of ripe raspberries is released, filling the space without a hint of sweet or artificial notes. The purity of the ingredients and the careful production process ensure that the aroma is a perfect expression of the quality of the fruit.

Taste:

Martenz raspberries Red Silver is characterised by a very delicate and complex flavour, where the 40% alcohol content is incredibly smooth. The raspberry flavour is complemented by mild floral notes and a woody finish that lingers in the mouth long after swallowing. Overall, the spirit is rich, clean and provides an intense fruity experience that is typical only of products made using traditional methods.

Drinking recommendation:

Martenz raspberries Red Silver is ideal both as an aperitif and digestif. For maximum enjoyment, we recommend serving it in a glass with a flared centre and a tapered neck, which best allows its complex aroma and flavour to develop. The recommended serving temperature is 20 °C.

The use of Vinolok™ glass closures, which do not affect aroma or taste and ensure optimal conditions for archiving, makes Martenz raspberries Red Silver suitable for immediate consumption as well as for long-term storage in a cool, dark place.
