Tasting Profile:
Nose: Floral with hints of summer meadow, complemented by subtle notes of rounded juniper and zesty citrus freshness.
Flavour: Dry juniper leads the way, gradually giving way to nuances of lemon tart and orange marmalade before all the flavours harmoniously harmonise.
Alcohol content: 43 % vol.
Volume: 500 ml.
Ingredients: white spirit, water, juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom, rose, citrus peel and 13 other herbs and spices.
Production process:
Endorphin London Dry Gin is produced by traditional draft distillation on a copper column from a high-proof neutral spirit. Juniper, coriander and other herbs and spices are macerated for 40 hours, giving the gin its unique character. This is followed by an infusion process in a unique vaporization chamber where the herbs, flowers and citrus peels are arranged in layers to achieve the exquisite floral flavor and citrus aroma.
