Production:
Endorphin Christmas Gin 2024 is made by macerating juniper, coriander, fennel and ten other spices, followed by slow distillation to bring out the depth and complexity of the flavours. After distillation, the gin is aged in a blend of Christmas spices and the finest Iranian saffron from small growers, giving it a honey-caramel colour and rich aromatic nuances.
