Rosemont Pineapple is a gourmet flavored rum inspired by a historic French recipe from 1857, found in a distillation manual that belonged to the grandfather of current distiller Lilian. The result is a rich, aromatic, handcrafted rum that will transport you to a sun-drenched coast.

Unique production process:

• Ripe Costa Rican pineapples are peeled, sliced, and macerated in rum from new French oak barrels
• The macerate is distilled in a traditional Charentais alembic
• The resulting aromatic essence is blended with molasses rum aged in new barrels
• Finally, a hint of caramel and chamomile is added, whose aroma is reminiscent of fresh pineapple
