Ron Espero Reserva Extra Último represents the very best the Espero brand has to offer. It is a complex Caribbean blend crafted from 15 different solera and vintage rums sourced from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and Trinidad. The resulting blend is then aged for 8 months in cognac barrels, which integrate the individual flavor layers and give the rum a smoother, rounder character.
The base consists of very old Dominican rums aged using the solera method for approximately 14 to 20 years, complemented by rare single-cask rums from Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad, and Guyana aged approximately 9 to 18 years. It is precisely this combination of different Caribbean styles that gives Último its richness and complexity.
