Production:
Blue Weber agave matures for 8 to 10 years before it is ready for harvest and is then processed using traditional methods in handcrafted ovens made of volcanic soil. The entire process is characterized by spontaneous fermentation without the use of artificial yeast and double distillation, which helps achieve a clean and balanced flavor profile.
The tequila is then aged for at least 8 months in high-quality oak barrels, which impart color, body, and character. The result is a reposado with a delicate, smooth profile and a pleasantly sweet finish. The aroma blends preserved fruit and agave with notes of vanilla and caramel, which together create a rich yet harmonious expression.
