1. 40 ml Tatratea Original Tea 52% Flambé

3. Fresh juice of half a lemon
4. Caramelised honey for sweetening

• Preparation: In a pan, let the honey solidify, then add water and brew the Assam tea in apple juice. Add Tatrate, lemon juice and caramelized honey to the mixture. Stir everything together and serve in a clay mug, garnished with traditional gingerbread and pine cone. When serving, the drink can be set on fire for dramatic effect.
